An Evening of History, Mystery and Hauntings

Join your guide, S.A. Hale, as he leads you on a trip through Madison's past as he tells you about the founders of our town, their places in history, and shares tales of some of the skeletons in long-forgotten closets.

The Madison Belles are your hostesses for the evening. Dressed in authentic, handmade dresses from the 1860's, these lovely young ladies introduce you to the life in the rural South around the time of the War between the States.

On some evenings, we even have spirits from the past who join the tour and can sometimes be encouraged to tell their own history.

This is a gentle walking tour that takes approximately 2 hours to complete. Please wear comfortable shoes and a jacket for cool evenings.
